Our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training is a mentorship-based program for teachers who are ready to move beyond foundational education and into the nuanced study of the human experience. Blending the timeless wisdom of yoga with modern research in anatomy, biomechanics, nervous system science, trauma-informed care, and contemplative practice, this training offers a sophisticated and integrative approach to advanced teacher development.

Through immersive study, experiential learning, guided mentorship, and practical application, trainees will cultivate the knowledge, discernment, and embodied leadership necessary to serve diverse communities with skill, integrity, and depth.

This is not an extension of a 200-hour training. It is an invitation to deepen your understanding of yoga, refine your craft, and step more fully into the seat of the teacher..

What is the schedule?

• Weekend Modules (every other weekend): Two full days totaling 16 hours, diving deep into specific themes and practices for an immersive experience.

Virtual Thursday Night (every other week):

•  Each Thursday evening will complement the weekend material to deepen your understanding of the weekend material. It will also be a time to let the information process and a way to discuss openly about how to apply it, open dialogue of questions, and more ways to communicate the information through a mentor lens.

How long will it take me to be certified?

• If you are able to complete the necessary hours required during the course of the training, then it will take 6 months!

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS:  20% of tuition is considered a non-refundable deposit prior to the start of the program. If the trainee needs to withdraw, a 50% refund is offered prior to the halfway point of the program. Refunds are not available after the halfway point. In the event that the trainee is unable to complete the program, they are encouraged to transfer to another BSYTT program. Transfers are available one time, and only within local trainings.
